Winnie Bullock Obituary
Mrs. Winnie Bullock age 96, of Mt.Vernon passed away on Thursday July 8, 2021 at the Rockcastle Hospital. She was born on December 31, 1924 in Rockcastle County the daughter of the late Mitchell and Clearcie Sowder Norton. She was a housewife, enjoyed reading, gardening, sewing, and was a member of the First Church of Jesus Christ.
Survivors are: two sons; Marshall Bullock and (Alene) of Mt.Vernon, and Donald Harold Bullock and (Sandy) of Brodhead. Three daughters; Ina Faye Shafto of Mt.Vernon, Brenda Sue Hasty of Brodhead, and Sandra Gayle Eaton of Mt.Vernon. 10 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews also survive. Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by: her husband Raymond T. Bullock, and by one grandchild.
Graveside services for Mrs. Winnie Bullock will be conducted at 2 PM on Saturday July 10, 2021 at the Skaggs Creek Cemetery where burial will follow. Arrangements are by the Cox Funeral Home.
