Mr. Wade Graves age 76, of Mt.Vernon passed away Thursday January 14, 2021 at his home. He was born on April 27, 1944 in Mt.Vernon, Ky. the son of the late Everett and Wilma Ramsey Graves. He was a retired cook, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and was a member of the Fountain of Life Pentecostal Church .
Survivors are: two sons; Harold Graves and wife Shauna of Berea, and John H. Graves of Mt.Vernon. Four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a lifelong companion & care giver; Cynthia Cornell also survives. Besides his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife; Christine, and by one son; Steven Graves.
Funeral services for Mr. Wade Graves will be conducted 2 PM Monday January 18, 2021 at the Cox Funeral Home with Bro. James Blanton officiating. Burial will follow in the First Church of Jesus Christ Cemetery at Sand Springs. Friends may visit at Cox Funeral Home from 12 noon until service time on Monday.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, face masks are required, social distancing is encouraged, and 50% capacity will be limited at the funeral home.
