Mr. Troy Russell Kirby Jr. age 56, of Mt.Vernon passed away on Tuesday April 26, 2022 at Saint Joseph Hospital in London. He was born on March 13, 1966 in Hamilton, OH the son of the late Troy and Eula Gabbard Kirby. He was a stone worker, a U.S. Army Veteran, enjoyed computers, art, tattooing, and believed in the Norse Viking Forefathers. Survivors are: one brother; Ronald Kirby of Mt.Vernon. One sister; Connie Blevins of Mt.Vernon. One nephew; Justin Crawford also survives. Arrangements are by the Cox Funeral Home. The family has chosen cremation and services will be at a later date.
