Stephanie Nicole Blevins

Mrs. Stephanie Blevins age 46, of Brodhead passed away on Friday March 19, 2021 at the U.K. Hospital in Lexington after a long illness. She was born on September 28, 1974 in Rockcastle County the daughter Connie Payne Denny of Brodhead and the late David Spoonamore. She was homemaker, enjoyed music, movies, eating crab legs, spending time with her grandchildren & family, and was a member of the Baptist faith.

            Survivors besides her mother are: her husband; Matt Blevins of Brodhead. Two sons; Dalton Blevins and (Amber), and Aaron Blevins. One daughter; Madison Blevins. One brother; David Anthony Spoonamore. One grandchild; Raelynn Blevins also survives.

            Funeral services for Mrs. Stephanie Blevins will be conducted at 2 PM on Tuesday March 23, 2021 at the Cox Funeral Home with Bro. Chad Burdette officiating. Burial will follow in the Piney Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Cox Funeral Home where friends may visit from 12 Noon until service time at 2 PM on Tuesday. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, face masks are required, social distancing is encouraged, and funeral home capacity will be limited to 50%.
