Jason Scott Kirby

Mr. Jason Scott Kirby age 45, of Mt.Vernon passed away on Thursday July 30, 2020 at his home. He was born on March 25, 1975 in Mt.Vernon the son of Paul and Clarice Renner Kirby of Mt.Vernon. He was a professional painter, enjoyed & loved his daughter, he also enjoyed sports, motorcycles, cars, AC/DC, and was a member of the Baptist faith.

            Survivors are: one daughter; McKenzie Kirby of Berea. One brother; Doug Kirby of Mt.Vernon. Two nephews; Cody & Clay also survive. He was preceded in death by: one brother; Stacey Kirby.     

            Funeral services for Mr. Jason Scott Kirby will be conducted at 2 PM on Sunday August 2, 2020 at the Cox Funeral Home with Bro. Chad Burdette officiating. Burial will follow in the McKinney Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Cox Funeral Home where friends may visit after 11AM on Sunday. In order to protect those attending the services, we respectfully ask those in attendance to maintain social distancing and wear a face mask.
