Anna Mae Kirby

Mrs. Anna Mae Kirby age 87, of Mt.Vernon passed away Thursday July 25, 2019 at the Rockcastle Health & Rehabilitation Center in Brodhead after a long illness. She was born on May 29, 1932 in Rockcastle County the daughter of the late Walter and Jessica Elizabeth Stephens Vance. She was retired seamstress, enjoyed flowers, cooking, spending time with her children & grandchildren, and was a member of the First Church of Jesus Christ.

            Survivors are: two sons; Benny Price of Mt.Vernon, and Harold Price of Brodhead. One brother; Keith Vance, and one sister; Alene Bullock both of Mt.Vernon. Four grandchildren; five great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren also survive. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by: her husband; Carl Price, and by one infant daughter; Brenda.

28, 2019 at the Cox Funeral Home with Bro. Wendell Martin & Bro. Joe French officiating. Burial will follow in the Skaggs Creek Cemetery.

            Arrangements are by the Cox Funeral Home where friends may visit from 6 to 9 PM on Saturday.
