Jeffery Edwin DeBord

Mr. Jeffery Edwin DeBord age 53, of Mt.Vernon, Ky. passed away Monday October 16, 2017 at the Rockcastle Regional Hospital. He was born on April 22, 1964 in Middletown, Oh. the son of the late Samuel and Lurella Mae Delph DeBord. He was a equipment operator for Woodall Construction Company, a former volunteer firemen for Brindle Ridge, Mt.Vernon, and Livingston Fire Departments & Forestry Service, he enjoyed working on cars, being in the outdoors, and was a member of the Blue Springs Church of Christ.

            Survivors are: his wife; Mrs. Marlena Grub DeBord of Mt.Vernon. One son; Jonathan DeBord of Berea. One daughter; Stacy Nicholes of Mt.Vernon. Four sisters; May Arnold & Donnie, Barbara Robinson & Mike, Becky Griffin & Steve, and Renee Cromer & Ralph all of Mt.Vernon. Three grandchildren; Antonio, Deligha, and Ranazmin also survive. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by: one son; Zachary DeBord.
