Mr. Henry Lee Abney

            Mr. Henry Lee Abney age 81, of Livingston, KY passed away Sunday June 25, 2017 at his home. He was born on June 10, 1936 in Rockcastle County the son of the late       Burgess and Ethel Morris Abney. He worked in construction, was a former Rockcastle County Sheriff, and was a member of the Baptist faith.

            Survivors are: two son; Terry Wayne Abney & wife Helen Payne Abney, and Jeffery Lee Abney, and wife Andrea. One sister; Bernice Hammond. Two grandchildren; Justin Rueben Abney & wife Brandi, and Terri Lynn Abney Martin & husband Jason. Two nephews; Larry Burgess Hammond, and Lee Bradley Hammond also survive. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one son; Henry Lee Abney Jr., and by one sister; Bernice Hammond.

            Graveside services for Mr. Henry Lee Abney will be conducted  11 AM  Wednesday June 28, 2017 at the Red Hill Cemetery with Bro. Gary Parker officiating.

            Arrangements are by the Cox Funeral Home.
